Wie komme ich in eine Gruppe?

Entweder du legst nach der Registrierung selbst eine Gruppe an und lädst deine Leute per E-Mail ein, oder du bekommst eine Einladung. Der Link in der Einladungsmail öffnet die App; dort wählst du nur noch ein Passwort.

Ich habe keinen Bestätigungscode bekommen.

Spam-Ordner prüfen. Der Absender ist matchday.blockwerk-orange.de. In der App lässt sich der Code erneut anfordern. Kommt nach fünf Minuten nichts an, schreib uns mit der verwendeten Adresse.

Passwort vergessen?

Auf dem Anmeldebildschirm „Passwort vergessen?" antippen. Du bekommst einen Code per E-Mail und setzt ein neues Passwort.

Welche Spielpläne gibt es?

Bundesliga und 2. Bundesliga (gesamt oder einzelne Vereine), Nationalmannschaft, Premier League, Champions League und NFL sind eingebaut. Jeder andere Spielplan lässt sich über seine Kalenderadresse (iCal/ICS) hinzufügen. Die Spielpläne aktualisieren sich von selbst.

Ich bekomme keine Benachrichtigungen.

In den Einstellungen der App steht, ob die Berechtigung erteilt ist und ob das Gerät in der Gruppe angemeldet ist. Dort gibt es auch einen Knopf für eine Testbenachrichtigung. Auf Android zusätzlich „Exakte Alarme" erlauben, sonst kommen Erinnerungen im Energiesparmodus verspätet.

Wie lösche ich mein Konto?

In der App: Einstellungen → Konto → „Konto löschen". Ohne die App: siehe Konto löschen.

Was kostet Matchday?

Nichts. Keine Werbung, keine Käufe, kein Abo.

Frequently asked questions

How do I get into a group?

Either you create a group yourself after signing up and invite your people by e-mail, or you receive an invitation. The link in the invitation e-mail opens the app; you just pick a password.

I didn't receive a confirmation code.

Check your spam folder. The sender is matchday.blockwerk-orange.de. You can request the code again in the app. If nothing arrives after five minutes, write to us with the address you used.

Forgot your password?

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. You get a code by e-mail and set a new password.

Which fixture lists are available?

Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga (full or single clubs), the German national team, Premier League, Champions League and NFL are built in. Any other fixture list can be added by its calendar address (iCal/ICS). Fixtures update on their own.

I don't get notifications.

The app's settings show whether permission is granted and whether the device is registered with the group. There is also a test-notification button. On Android, additionally allow "exact alarms", otherwise reminders arrive late in battery-saving mode.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Account → "Delete account". Without the app: see delete account.

What does Matchday cost?

Nothing. No ads, no purchases, no subscription.
